Practice Info
Team practice is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 5:00pm - 6:30pm at Gilleland Pool. A bus will be available to transport swimmers from school to the pool at 4:45pm. Swimmers will need to provide their own way home after practice.
Please come prepared to practice with the following items:
- practice suit
- goggles
- swim cap
- plenty of water
- towel
